During operation, pipes are exposed to various destructive effects. Pipe lining allows you to extend their service life, ensure long-term efficiency and reliability. JSC “Kaskor-Mashzavod” started production of tubing with lining from 01.04.2019. Tubing lining is a protective anti-corrosion and abrasion-resistant coating on the inner side of the pipe. For lining, a pipe with polyethylene EXPE Ø 79×4.5 mm (3 1/2 HS 3917390008) is used. It helps to significantly extend the life of operation and operation under conditions of severe corrosion. If a regular tubing pipe can last from 4 to 5 months, then a pipe with a lining can last from 2 to 3 years.

The lining, which uses a pipe with polyethylene EXPE Ø 73.025 mm (2 7/8″), Ø 88.9 mm (3½”) significantly extends the service life of pipes under conditions of severe corrosion. If a regular tubing pipe can last from 4 to 5 months, then a pipe with a lining will last from 2 to 3 years.
